Each idea proposal- a max of 3 students and only one mentor.
Participants are encouraged to form a group consisting members from different schools.
Competition Flow:
Part 1- Official announcement of competition (21st May 2015) via every means possible (Taylor’s Portal, Facebook, Posters and so on)
Part 2- Incoming proposals sorting and screening- limited to first 50 (21st May-5th June) Online proposal submissions due 5th June 2015 (12.00pm)
Part 3- TUNC hand over best 20 to judges (on 8th June) Taylor’s University Nature’s Club- person in charge to screen and hand over best 20 proposals to senior lecturers of SOE & SBS.
Part 4- Senior lecturers of SOE & SBS to choose best 10 (due 11th June)
Part 5- Announcement of Top 10 ECO Ideas Proposals on event website (12th June 2015). Top 10 teams’ + members’ names would be officially announced on event website.
Part 6- Top 10 teams to prepare for their ideas presentation (12th June- 16th June)
Part 7- Campaign Day + judges to choose Top 5 (17th June 2015- Wednesday)
Top 10 teams would present their ideas in terms of either poster/ miniature models + slides / any creative means possible in front of SLC. Campaign duration would be two hours (12.00 to 2.00pm) Judges are officials from SOE, SBS and FEHSSA 5 teams chosen on this day would progress to final stage.
Part 8- Top 5 teams are to do mini presentation (10 min max) on ECO Night (19th June), Chief judge- Dr. Pradeep Nair, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Taylor’s University LakesideCampus. (accompanied by 4 other judges- Dean of SOCIT, Dean of SBS, Dean of SOE & Dean of SABD)

Top 5 teams do not have to pay ECO Night registration fee.
A slip of proof will be given to all participants who have classes during the time of the event.
It is a free event, open only to Taylor's University Lakeside students.
Finalists (TOP 3) will be announced on ECO Night. Prize giving ceremony for TOP 5 will be conducted during ECO Night. Certificate presentation for TOP 3 would be carried out during ECO Campaign closing ceremony by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Hassan, Vice Chancellor of Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus.
